Are the studios suitable for families?
Our studios are designed to accommodate couples or solo travelers.
Can we bring a child?
Our studios are not suitable or equipped for young children.
Are the studios suitable for pets?
No, they cannot accommodate pets.
Is there parking nearby?
- Palm ' 14: The studio is not connected to a private parking lot, but Avenue Madrid and the surrounding streets have free parking without meters. During peak summer periods, such as conferences and festivals, you can park in the Boulevard de la Croisette parking lot nearby.
- Volt ' Palm: The studio does not have private parking. Rue Volta has parking meters. It is recommended to download the "Flowbird" app or use a parking lot; the closest is "Parking Lamy" on Boulevard de Lorraine.
Are the studios equipped for remote work?
Yes, both studios have workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi and nearby power outlets, including USB ports.
- Palm '14: The studio has a desk with a power outlet and lamp. Several other areas are suitable for working thanks to the available power outlets: the sofa and the kitchen island.
- Volt 'Palm: The studio has modular furniture that allows you to set up a table for working, eating meals, or having breakfast.
When you want to rest and relax, the table and chairs can be folded away so you can relax in the lounge chairs.
What linens are provided?
The mattresses are protected by bed bug-proof covers. You have four pillows: two 60x60 cm square pillows made of hypoallergenic fiber with covers, and two 70x40 cm rectangular pillows made of memory foam with protective covers. We provide a duvet with a fitted sheet, a fitted sheet for the mattress and pillowcases, one bath towel, and one guest towel per person. Small towels for drying your hands are also provided.
- Palm '14: Two beach towels and a parasol are available in the wardrobe.
- Volt 'Palm is equipped with two sun loungers for enjoying the loggia in the summer.
What products are provided?
The renovation of these studios was carried out by an environmentally conscious interior design firm. Beyond the renovation itself, this approach extended to cleaning and toiletries. You have access to products with eco-friendly and natural labels, provided in refillable bottles to minimize plastic waste. :
In the bathrooms:
- Shampoo/shower gel
- Liquid hand soap
- Body lotion
All the hygiene products we offer are COSMOS Natural or ECOLABEL certified.
In the kitchens:
- Dishwashing liquid in the built-in dispensers
- A brush and a washable sponge (cleaned and disinfected between each rental) + a dishwasher detergent pod
- You have some cleaning products, a broom, a bucket, wipes, and a dishcloth
Washing machine (Palm14):
You have a sachet of OPS Clean magnesium laundry detergent (instructions included) which allows for up to 350 washes. Effective against odors, bacteria, and everyday stains, this laundry detergent is guaranteed hypoallergenic and non-polluting, eliminating 99.8% of bacteria.
Additional amenities:
- Palm'14: 2 beach towels and a parasol are available in the wardrobe.
- Volt'Palm is equipped with 2 sun loungers for enjoying the loggia in the summer. 2 beach towels are also provided.
What happens next once my booking is confirmed?
Your booking will be confirmed once the balance has been paid, at least 7 days before your arrival. You will receive a reminder so you don't forget the deadline.
You will receive a message with a few questions such as your arrival time and your mode of transport. You will then receive your access codes and personalized information, along with a welcome booklet containing information about the property, simplified instructions for the amenities, and tips for shopping, getting around, and outings to make your stay unique and unforgettable.
Are the studios air-conditioned and heated?
No, neither studio has air conditioning for the summer. We opted for a more hybrid and eco-friendly system, such as:
- Palm'14: A 6-speed ceiling fan with summer/winter function. This fan also serves as a ceiling light. The entire system is controlled from the wall. We added an adiabatic air conditioner, which has several functions: ventilation, cooling, dehumidification, and air purification. Water, with or without ice packs, in a reservoir cools the air. It complements the ceiling fan in case of extreme heat without raising the temperature. One ice pack is stored in the refrigerator compartment.
In winter, the studio benefits from central heating, currently powered by fossil fuels (oil). City-wide work will allow for heating via seawater heat pumps, a 100% carbon-free system that recovers heat from seawater. The bathroom has an electric towel warmer.
- Volt' Palm: A 6-speed ceiling fan with summer/winter function. This fan also serves as a ceiling light. The entire system is controlled from the wall. We have added an adiabatic air conditioner. This device has several functions: ventilation, cooling of ambient air, dehumidification, and purification of indoor air. Water, with or without ice packs, in a reservoir cools the air. It complements the ceiling fan in case of extreme heat without raising the temperature. Two ice packs are stored in the refrigerator compartment.
In winter, the studio is heated with a long-distance electric radiator. This marble radiator provides gentle heat comparable to sunlight, offering pleasant comfort. The bathroom has an electric towel warmer.
